CuddleCo

We made a range of improvements to our product listings. Overhauling the style of our lifestyle images -to be more trend-led, gender neutral, creating a more realistic ‘nursery’. We re-shot all out cut out photography to standardise and improve consistency, enabling us to create accurate dimensions and animated conversions. These changes dramatically improved conversion rates on our brand site and also on our partner retailer sites.

 
 
 
 


Dimensions

Standardised dimensions on all furniture. Showing height, width and depth including open drawers or doors so that customers can quickly and easily check whether it will fit within their room.

 
 

Lifestyle Video and Photography

Short, emotive videos and photos to help soon-to-be new parents see the high quality, colour and finish, set (wherever possible) in gender neutral styled rooms to demonstrate versatility. We increased the number of photos, featuring more detail shots for potential customers to click through.

 
 
 

Conversions

Created simple, animated lifestyle photography and cut-out photography with annotations to educate customers of the product’s features and why they are useful.

 

USP’s and Finance Options

 

We also implemented graphics highlighting ‘Room of Choice Delivery’, Warranty and Klarna finance options to help persuade customers to choose to shop with us.
